One of CLEAR's charity clients wanted to hold a major new fundraising event to help support its work. Unsure of the requirements, naturally they turned to us for our guidance on risk and the appropriate cover.

In addition, the client also orgnaises outdoor events where they expect to attract in the region of 10,000 to 20,000 attendees. Clear worked closely with the charity to help develop the process to check insurances were in place for all of their stall holders. Clear were able to provide specific answers to many of the stallholders’ questions surrounding their own insurances and risk management whilst at the event.

On the back of their first successful fundraising event, the charity has continued to run the event for many years and CLEAR have provided the additional services each time to ensure it continues to be a success year after year!
